He has been an Independant Financial adviser for over 11 years and has also spent 5 years as an estate agent. For the last 3 years he has worked for himself as a Mortgage Adviser.

He beleives that  it is essential that buyers arrange their mortgage independently of the Estate Agent as he feels that there is a definite conflict of interest, as their main priority is to get the best price for their vendor (seller) and they can not do this if they are also arranging your mortgage.
